The Title of Master Restaurateur is the only title issued by the state for French restoration, awarded by the prefect after a control audit. It is a voluntary approach by the professional, which is renewed every 4 years and shows their commitment to creating a cuisine using raw products, mostly fresh and local.

In January 2015, Le Bistrot des Copains, Le Dix, Le Pfifferbriader, Le Gruber and Le Lohkäs, located in Strasbourg and La Tocante in Vendenheim in the Lower Rhin, were awarded the Plaque QUALITE TOURISME TM .
