Lohkas
Immerse yourself in an exceptionally charming place. You'll first admire the authentic timber-framed Alsatian house with its steep roof.
A soon as you cross the threshold you enter a warm Alsatian room containing two treasures: a tiled stove which still heats the rooms and a giant mechanical organ called an "orchestrion."

You'll taste delicious dishes served on Henri Loux crockery and an Alsatian 'kelsch' (plaid) tablecloth sitting at a typical table with turned legs and beams, sitting on a chair with splayed legs. Guaranteed escapism.

In the rooms upstairs, you will find all the elements of the "Stube", the main room of a typical Alsatian house with its corner cabinet where the most valuable household items were put.

The house consists of three rooms arranged on two floors and can accommodate 80 guests. A beautiful terrace with 30 seats allows you to make the most of the historic Petite France district.

On raconte

The Lyonnaise and Burgundian gastronomy invites itself in Alsace !
But what is called a "Bouchon" ?

The origin of this word came from the clusters of pinecones (the emblem of Bacchus), formerly called "bousche", which was hung over the doors of the taverns and cabarets of Lyon.

The "Bouchons Lyonnais" are today restaurants with a friendly and joyful atmosphere, where the boss, serves an authentic and generous cuisine, made with fresh produce. You will taste the specialties of the Lyonnaise gastronomy such as “les tabliers de sapeur”, “la cervelle de canut”, or “les tripes à la lyonnaise”.

The “Brionnais” is a small region located in the south of Burgundy. It is well known for its Romanesque churches, castles and especially for its gastronomy. The Charolais meat dishes such as tartars and beef tabs or the famous eggs poached in meurette style will delight the taste buds of the most fine gourmets guests !
Le “Bouchon Brionnais” brings together these two terroirs in a unique place, and invites you for a meal to discover Lyonnaise and Burgundian gastronomy for your biggest pleasure.

Welcome to the "Bouchon Brionnais"!

Enjoy your meal !
